Pirates Cove - Family Hotel near Wilmington Airport
Drifter's Reef Hotel is a family-owned hotel in Carolina Beach, located three blocks from the ocean and the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The motel is 2.4 km from the Carolina Boardwalk and 2.4 km from Carolina Beach State Park. Amenities include an outdoor pool area and an award-winning on-site restaurant. The Lazy Pirate, a tiki bar and sports grill, features beach volleyball courts, cornhole games, and live music throughout the season. The Lazy Pirate Island Sports Grille and Oyster Bar serves salad, seafood, and burgers for lunch and dinner and is adjacent to the motel. The Boardwalk offers outdoor concerts every Thursday night at the Boardwalk Stage. Guests can contact the office at 458-5414 for any needs or questions. A launderette and free parking are on-site. Furry friends are welcome at the new pet park located in the back of the property. Some of the area's attractions include the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.
